You must not share your credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account. jl3ii strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

jl3ii will not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl3ii's customer support team immediately. jl3ii will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation; however, jl3ii cannot guarantee the recovery of funds lost through your own negligence in securing your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jl3ii is required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations to conduct ongoing Know Your Customer verification. jl3ii may request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers compliance review. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension and delayed transaction processing until verification is complete.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

4.4 Currency and Exchange Rates

All accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). USDT deposits are converted to PHP at the mid-market exchange rate prevailing at the time of deposit, less applicable network fees. jl3ii does not guarantee any specific exchange rate and is not responsible for rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of play or withdrawal.

5. Gaming Rules

10.3 Force Majeure

jl3ii shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, power outages, cyberattacks, or pandemic-related disruptions.

12. Termination

Upon termination for cause, jl3ii may withhold funds pending investigation. Any funds ultimately determined to be legitimate player deposits (net of bonuses) will be returned to the player through the original payment method used to make those deposits, subject to applicable KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your jl3ii account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. 13.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jl3ii. All claims must be brought on an individual basis.
